In our hotel, we also ensure undisturbed rest for our guests with reduced mobility. On the 3rd floor, there are 2 rooms designed for our disabled guests, with thresholdless doors and a bathroom with special equipment according to the regulations, with a safety design.

In addition to the basic comfort elements, we also welcome guests with limited mobility with equipment and design suitable for special needs:
• spacious bathroom
• emergency alarm equipment next to the bed and in the bathroom
• handrails in the bathroom
• designated parking space near the entrance
• lower mounted light switches

The comfortable and barrier-free access to our rooms is facilitated by an elevator and, in accordance with modern requirements, photocell entrance doors and barrier-free routes. Room doors that open with a touch card and non-slip surfaces also serve the highest level of comfort for our guests. Please inquire about the availability of this room type!

Accessible routes, Braille written notices at the elevators, and our tactile floor plans on each floor also help the visually impaired to find their way around.

All rooms have individually adjustable air conditioning. The temperature can be changed using the wall control panel in the room. If you want to turn off the room air conditioning, please set the switch to the "off" position. If you use air conditioning, please keep the room doors and windows closed. If you have any questions about operation, please contact the reception.

Lobby bar is waiting for our guests between 7 AM and 10 PM every day of the week.

Bathrobes are available at the reception in different sizes, deposit is charged to the room account.

In case of a long stay at our hotel (min. 5 nights) housemaids make bedlinen changing after every three nights. If you need daily changing, please let the reception know.

Breakfast is in the hotel's restaurant from 7 – 10AM. Upon request, we will serve your breakfast in your room, the roomservice fee is 990 HUF. In case of early check out, we can provide a breakfast package.

Adult and children's bicycles are available to our guests, please contact the reception for rental.

220 V/ 50 Hz. In the bathroom, we only have a power source suitable for using the shaver, for all other devices, please use the sockets in the room.

It is located on the second floor in the wellness department. It is free of charge, at your own risk, during the opening hours of the wellness department.

The Glorius Restaurant is available every day between 7 AM and 10 PM (last order until 21.30). We are waiting for your order, which you tell directly to our waiters or via room phone. The menu will be delivered to the room upon request.

All our bathrooms are equipped with a hair dryer.

It is available free of charge in the entire area of the hotel. Ask the reception for help.

Please keep your key card with you in the hotel area.

If required, please contact the housekeeper. You will find the laundry bag in the closet.

In case of finding forgotten item(s) in the hotel room, we will notify our guests on the day of departure, but within 5 days at the latest, and discuss how to return them. The reception keeps a record of lost items found in the hotel and keeps them for 3 months. Food, medicine and other perishables left in the hotel room will be destroyed.

There is minibar in every hotelrooms, and it contains a variety of soft drinks and spirits. It is refilled daily, the consumption is charged to the room account.

The hotel has a 40-space, camera-guarded, closed parking lot, which is specifically for the convenience of hotel guests and visitors to the restaurant and café.

As the corridors and the rooms are covered with carpet, unfortunately pets are not allowed in our hotel. Thank you for your understanding.

Radio stations are available on television.

Our restaurant and bar is open for our guests between 7-10 PM.
For our hotel guests the breakfast is being served between 7 AM until 10 AM while the halfboard dinner is being served between 6 PM until 9 PM.
From Monday to Friday, we also serve you with a lunch menu from 11.30 AM to 2 PM, and you can order from our a'la carte menu every day from 11:30 AM to 9:30 PM.

Daily room cleaning is made between 9 AM and 4 PM. If you do not request cleaning, please hang the dedicated card on the doorknob.

The safe in the room and at the reception can be used free of charge. We are not responsible for valuables placed outside the safe.

You can find it in the wardrobe of the room, or you can request it at the reception.

A shoe cleaning machine is available in the lobby, and shoe cleaning sponge can be requested at the reception.

Our hotel is non-smoking, so please do not smoke inside the hotel or in the rooms. Please note that smoking can turn on both fire alarms and fire extinguishers.
