In the year 2023, the Sugar-Free Cake of Hungary award was won by the cake of Papp Pattistry from Makó called "Kikelet"!
"We entered this competition for the first time last year, and even then we made it to the finals. This year, the base of the cake is a lemon sponge cake with almond flour, because the criteria is that it cannot contain sugar or wheat flour. It also contains vanilla mousse, lavender blueberry layer, and black tea lemons. The top is decorated with dried flowers and fruits, and it was named "Kikelet" because it looks springy and cheerful."
